Privacy Notice

ACC3LERATE Benefits Consulting ("we," "us") is a benefits consulting practice in Chicago, Illinois. This notice explains what information we collect when you visit www.acc3lerate.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1.Information you give us
- Contact form. When you submit the form, we collect your name, email, phone number, company (optional), which audience fits you (for example individual/family, business, or broker), and your message. The form is processed by our form provider, Web3Forms, which delivers your submission to our email.
- Email, phone and video calls. If you email us (chase@acc3lerate.com or info@acc3lerate.com), call 773-957-7000, or meet with us on Zoom, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as contact details and information about your benefits needs.
Please don't send detailed medical information, Social Security numbers, or account numbers through the website form. We'll set up a more appropriate way to share them if we need them.
2.Information collected automatically
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, pages viewed, referring sites, browser/device type and approximate country. Cloudflare states that this tool does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint individual visitors.
3.Cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
4.How we use information
- To respond to your questions and schedule consultations
- To provide benefits consulting services you request
- To understand and improve how our website is used
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
5.How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as Cloudflare (hosting/analytics), Web3Forms (form delivery), our email provider, and Zoom
- With insurance carriers or partners, but only when you ask us to help you get or service coverage
- When required by law, or to protect rights and safety
- In connection with a sale or transfer of our business
6.How long we keep information
We keep contact and inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you and serve you as a client, and as required by insurance-licensing and recordkeeping rules. After that, we delete it or de-identify it. Analytics data is kept according to the provider's retention settings.
7.Your choices and opt-out
- Email chase@acc3lerate.com to ask us to stop contacting you.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where required by law.
8.Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know or access the personal information we have about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Opt out of its sale or sharing, or of targeted advertising
- Not be treated differently for using these rights
California residents: The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives California residents these rights. In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers, contact information, professional information, and internet/network activity. Sources were you, the devices you use, and our service providers. We use this information for the purposes in Section 4. We do not sell personal information.
To make a request, email chase@acc3lerate.com or call 773-957-7000. We may need to verify who you are before we act on it. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
9.Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. (Families may tell us about dependents when they ask for benefits help, and we use that information only to provide the service.)
10.Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access-controlled accounts. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11.Links to other sites
Our site may link to carriers, Zoom, or other sites. Their own privacy policies apply to them.
12.Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
